Here’s my routine for the month of September, 2009
Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
Couch to 5K Training
200 Situps Program
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Strength training
100 Pushups Program
In addition to the above, there’s lots of stretching during the day (I love hearing those old bones and joints creak)
And whenever I have 30 minutes or more, I just hop across to the treadmill and walk at a steady pace of 3.5 mph. Calories burned is calories burned, right?
I’ll post the October routine if I’m alive by the end of September
